Can I use toothpaste on my mouthguard?

Read your mouthguard’s care guide first. Different mouthguards may need different care. Only use toothpaste if the guide says you can.

How long does it take?

Leave your mouthguard in the water with a tablet for 15 minutes. Then rinse it well before you wear it.

Do I still need to rinse my mouthguard?
